Accent Services was formed by service engineers, not salesmen. Unlike many manufacturers or general contractors, a deep product and system knowledge is at our heart and we provide our clients with a first class preventative maintenance schedule.
Getting the most from your equipment
Maintenance of equipment is essential for all air conditioning systems, even during idle periods, to ensure reliable operation when the plant is next required. Accent can utilise quiet periods to schedule important maintenance and overhauls, to fit around our clients’ requirements. All our packages are tailored to meet the specific need of the system’s workload.
With the current economic climate at the front of everybody’s mind, we also appreciate the importance of tailoring our air conditioning maintenance packages to meet your financial constraints too.
We operate a service management software system, enabling us to provide digital reporting, service history connecting our back office, mobile workforce and customers together.
Where possible, we will schedule as few visits as possible to ensure the continued, efficient operation of your system. Where critical plant is concerned, such as Server Rooms, more regular site inspections are crucial. Accent remain committed to ensuring these systems receive the intensive attention, fundamental to guaranteeing their continued trouble free operation.
F-Gas regulations
It is a legal requirement for operators of plant, to have it logged and leak tested and this is an integral part of our maintenance programmes under F-Gas regulations.
We operate to B & ES SFG20 standard and all maintenance includes:
• Free dilapidation report
• Fully equipped, experienced Multi-Skilled Accent trained engineers
• Full documentation and recommendations to form a complete service history
• Condition monitoring to detect early wear problems, thus eliminating costly premature failures
Office Technical Support
We have long working relationships with all air conditioning manufacturers, have been established for over 40 years within the air conditioning industry to offer you unbiased technical support across the full range of all suppliers. All of our engineers are certified trained F-Gas engineers, ensuring you of the highest levels of competence within the industry.
Once equipment is no longer economically viable to be repaired, we would then recommend and quote for its replacement and enhancement.
